Technical Requirements:

  • Production and assembly of 30 stands

  • 5 meeting rooms

  • 2 bar areas

  • Decoration and installation of branding throughout the venue

Challenges:

Undoubtedly, the biggest challenge of this project was the limited time available for setup—18 hours, not a minute more.

A team of 16 exceptional professionals allowed us to deliver the exhibition to the exhibitors as planned.

Gustavo, Andoni, Leandro, Mohamed, Víctor, Matías, Esteban, Andrés, Lopez, Reynel, Turu, Antonio, +3 Artlogics.

Additionally, all materials and processes were designed to work quickly and efficiently:

  • Bematrix system, frames + textiles

  • Electrical system with fast connections

  • Linked lighting system with quick-connect features

  • Assistance with 3D plans in SketchUp and Layout (Skp.bim methodology) throughout the event.

Thumbs up for:

  • We really liked an idea the client pushed for until the end: light boxes at each stand with the exhibitor's logo/name. Simple and straightforward, but super effective!

Thumbs down for:

  • The mental and physical exhaustion of setting up the entire exhibition in 18 hours.

  • A tip for setup at the WTC Barcelona:
    If you stick to the loading and unloading schedules, you can leave materials at the event entrance.

  • Thanks for helping the stand builders!

Interesting Facts:

  • The meeting rooms had plain white fabric, and in the final stretch, we suggested to the client to decorate the walls with art.

  • Specifically, with paintings by a local Barcelona artist who kindly lent us her work for the event.
